Configuration of the Affiliate Link Manager is mostly a case of editing the settings in the config.php file.

What to do is explained in the readme.txt file. Hopefully you find it easy enough to set up.

One area of confusion may be with the .htaccess file for enabling nice-looking URLs. I have written a post about the related subject of Search Engine Friendly URLs which may be of help.
